Nathan Duda has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mechanics Bank since 2016. Mr. Duda previously served as the Bank's Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Mechanics Bank in 2015, he was Chief Accounting Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance for Banc of California. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at Union Bank, Santa Barbara Bank & Trust, OneWest Bank and Affinity Bank. He is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara with a degree in Business Economics, and is a licensed CPA (inactive).
